Why Is IHG Merlin Not Working?
Start by identifying where the failure occurs.
The page never reaches the login form:
Open the IHG-hosted sign-on route again rather than using an old bookmark to a deep application page. Authentication addresses can contain temporary redirect information that is unsuitable for permanent bookmarking.
The password was just changed:
Allow up to the synchronization period described in IHG’s reset instructions before assuming the change failed.
The account shows a locked error:

The invite code does not work:

You can sign in but cannot see an application:
